Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ starting left tackle, Donald Penn, refused to sign the 1-year contract tendered by the team, by today’s deadline. That enables the Bucs to reduce the offer by $100,000.

The Bucs don’t care if LT Donald Penn continues to miss voluntary workouts, but they really want to see his signature on a one-year tender.
